How to Download Your Files:

Access Your Files:
On a Computer: Go to Your Purchases and click the “Download Files” button next to your order.
On the Etsy App: The app doesn’t support direct downloads. Please log in to Etsy using an internet browser on your phone or computer to download your files.
What You’ll Receive:
Upon purchase, you will receive 5 zipped 300 dpi files. Each file is a different ratio, allowing you to resize to various dimensions:
4:5 Ratio: Comes as 16” x 20”. Resize to 12” x 15”, 8” x 10”, or 4” x 5”.
3:4 Ratio: Comes as 18” x 24”. Resize to 15” x 20”, 12” x 16”, 9” x 12”, or 6” x 8”.
2:3 Ratio: Comes as 24” x 36”. Resize to 20” x 30”, 16” x 24”, 12” x 18”, 8” x 12”, or 4” x 6”.
Additional Sizes: 5” x 7” and 11” x 14”.
How to Resize Your Prints:

Files will be available on the same day as your order, unless the purchase is made after business hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, seven days a week. Orders placed after hours will have their files ready the next day. You will receive your personalized wall art files in a zipped 300 DPI JPG format via email, ensuring the images are of the highest quality and clarity. Please check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss the delivery of your prints. The convenience of printing these files at home or at your local print shop allows you to enjoy these artworks on your walls quickly, without the delay or risk of shipping physical items.
